Here are some things that I have found to be helpful.
- Set an meaningful goal. Know your why and make it bigger than yourself.
- Write your goal down as if you have already accomplished it. How does it feel and look like in your life and the lives of those that you love.
- Inspiration can come and go quickly so write it down quickly.
- Set small obtainable goals along the way. Small and simple things bring about great things over time. (More details).
- Take daily action.
- Put reminders in key places.
- Find a supportive and reliable partner and check in regularly.
- Set a specific time to accomplish the small steps along the way. Celebrate the small gains.
- Be aware of distractions. As your awareness increases let the distractions become a reminder of what is most important to you, evidence your going in the right direction.

- Ask yourself quality questions to refresh your personal power.
- What is working?
- Where am I holding back? What can I do even better today?
- What will my life be like in one year from now if I accomplish this goal?
- What is something I can accomplish right now?
- Whatever I conceive and believe, I can achieve.
- Today I am in power, I am full of integrity and I am doing everything for the right reasons
- I love and honor myself.
- I accept all my feelings as a part of myself, I am willing to experience all of my feelings in a healthy way.
- I know that I am an eternal being and that I am loved by my creator. I am given all I need to succeed along my way. I take the time to ask.
- I am connected to my Higher Self. I am able to experience pure joy, bliss and serenity.
- I am in line with the divine will in order to receive all that he has.

I love the way this simplifies and draws out easy, attainable ways to keep on target.
